If you are planning to take on this diet, there are a lot of different things you can do to make it more bearable and doable. You can use different condiments and add different fruit slices to create more variety.

Another tip is boiling a lot of eggs at once and then simply keep them in your fridge so that you can grab them whenever you need to and eat them on the go. If you want to further decrease your caloric intake, you can separate the yolk and then just take the egg whites and whisk it in with a regular egg. The yolk houses the fats so you can remove that using this trick.
