-1 pound spaghetti noodles

-1 tablespoon olive oil

-1/2 cup chopped onion

-3 cloves garlic, minced

-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

-1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

-1/4 cup dry white wine

-1/4 cup chicken broth

-1 tablespoon lemon juice

-1 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the onion is translucent.

3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until opaque.

4. Stir in the white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for about 2 minutes.

5. Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and toss with the sauce until evenly coated.

Lasagna

Ingredients:

-1 pound ground beef

-1/2 cup chopped onion

-3 cloves garlic, minced

-1 jar (24 ounces) of tomato sauce

-1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

-1 tablespoon dried basil leaves

-1 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

-9 uncooked lasagna noodles

-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

-1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat and set the beef aside.

3. Add the onion, garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, basil, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

4. Spread 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, overlapping them slightly.

5. Spread 1 cup of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Ladle 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture over the cheeses.

6. Repeat these layers two more times, ending with the lasagna noodles. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.

7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
